The business was set up in 2017 by Fiona Richardson, who has a background in the letting industry and is passionate about good standards within the industry. Living in Dornoch and originally from Inverness, Fiona has a good understanding of the unique Highland geography.

Red Stag Inventories are up to date with current legislation and have access to the most recent training courses. Inventories are put together using the latest technology, with time stamped photographs. Inventories are accessed via a secured client login, where landlord, agent and tenant can view, comment, sign, save and download the file. Turnaround is guaranteed within 48 hours. Most reports are ready within 24 hours (except in exceptional circumstances beyond our control).
