An inventory is important to protect you and your deposit. Check the inventory thoroughly and ensure your comment on anything you disagree with. If your landlord does not provide an inventory, you can request one or ask us to create one for you. Ensure that your landlord receives a copy and signs it too. Any marks, damage, and items should be checked thoroughly against the inventory. If you want to add comments before you sign, you can do this when you login. It is advised that you save a copy of the inventory and sign within 7 days.
